- Each municipality issues its own building permits and runs its own zoning and variance process.
- Upper Thames River Conservation Authority and Grand River Conservation Authority regulate many properties near watercourses.
- Parts of London are heritage conservation districts with additional requirements.
- For sites far from our Richmond Hill studio, we plan visits efficiently and do much of the design and drawing work remotely.
