We check what your lot allows. If your design needs relief from the rules, we prepare the minor variance drawings and application support.
Site plan approval
For projects that trigger site plan control, we prepare the drawings and coordinate the consultants the municipality expects.
Building permit drawings
Clear, coordinated drawings that show your municipality how the work meets the Ontario Building Code and zoning, with the city’s comments handled through to approval.

Detailed drawings and specifications that go beyond permit level, so tenders are comparable and construction questions are answered on paper first.
Site visits & general review
Periodic visits that check the work generally conforms to the design, answer the builder’s questions and record what we see.
Engineering coordination
Engineering from affiliated firms or your own engineer, coordinated with our drawings so the building works as one set.
Shop drawing & submittal review
We review contractor and fabricator submissions against the drawings and specifications, and respond clearly and quickly.
